GUYS THIS VIDEO DELETED ITSELF LAST SATURDAY AND TODAY IT WAS IN MY DRAFTS AGAIN????????????? so here it is🥺🙂↕️🫶🏼 p.s. work went waaaaaay better than expected for tripp AND for me🥹
Returning to work after having children, especially with multiple kids, is a journey filled with mixed emotions. As a mom of three, I’ve found that going back to work never really gets easier, particularly when dealing with postpartum anxiety (PPA) and separation anxiety. These experiences proved to be quite challenging, but over time they also became a source of growth and resilience. In my personal experience, acknowledging the presence of anxiety instead of pushing it aside made a huge difference. Daily routines became an anchor, helping to ease my mind and create stability for both me and my children. Having open conversations with my employer and colleagues about my situation fostered a supportive work environment, which improved my confidence significantly. I also found that integrating small moments of mindfulness and relaxation into my day helped mitigate the stress associated with separation anxiety. Whether it was taking a few deep breaths before starting work or setting aside quality time with my kids in the evenings, these practices fortified my mental well-being. Another aspect that contributed to a better work experience was connecting with other working moms facing similar struggles. Sharing stories and coping strategies built a community where I felt understood and encouraged. Ultimately, while the transition back to work with PPA and separation anxiety presents obstacles, it also reveals a profound strength within moms. The unexpected positive outcome for both my child, Tripp, and myself, as mentioned earlier, underscores that with patience, support, and self-care, thriving in this phase is possible.
