Day 3 of my self love challenge. My mom and I did a 5k to raise money for Parkinson’s disease. It was a beautiful sunny day. 3 positives about myself today. 1. I walked a long distance for the first time since surgery. 2. I spent quality time with my boys tonight 3. My legs are looking thinner!
