And very important reminder
I do tend to fall down into anxiety no matter how much, u won't even guess, I have taste from God(I will start the testimonies soon). and the holy spirit told me that the flesh stays flesh but what's différent with me is that not only I God the heaven behind me but also I am maturing spiritually that's it beside that I still live in a flesh and with the devil around. no matter what God loves us and lemme proud that to u:
-u are still alive
-and breathing freely with no machines
- u are gonna have a 3 meal today (depending on diet)
-and most times u don't even know what to cook cause to many options
-yeah, u got options in many things
-even if u don't connect with the peoples u wished for u can be bless enough to have those amazing people in ur lives
- u still got both ur real arms and legs and no wheel chair
-u not at the hospital and everyone around is healthy
- u are not living in a country of war
- u God Jesus who's died for u
there are so much more but if u can find urself in one of these then bless the name of the Lord
#blessthenameofthelord #ureblessed #jesuslovesyou no matter what
Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, especially when anxiety creeps in. However, taking a moment to reflect on our blessings can significantly improve our mental outlook. Gratefulness can serve as a powerful tool to combat stress and anxiety. Research shows that maintaining a gratitude journal can help individuals appreciate the simple joys of life, such as having a stable diet, good health, and supportive relationships. This insight encourages a perspective shift—recognizing what we have rather than focusing on what we lack. Moreover, expressing gratitude has been linked to improved mental health. It can increase feelings of happiness and decrease feelings of depression. Practicing mindfulness alongside gratitude allows individuals to reconnect with the present moment. This holistic approach to mental wellness fosters resilience, helping us navigate life's difficulties with more strength and grace. In conclusion, by finding and appreciating the positives in our lives, we can cultivate a more joyful and fulfilling existence, reminding ourselves that we are truly blessed.
