No shame
Growing up in an environment dominated by dogs, this fluffy cat developed some truly unique habits and preferences that aren't typical for felines. For instance, loving the dog crate is quite unusual for a cat, but it highlights how pets adapt to their surroundings and bond with their housemates regardless of species. This particular cat was raised alongside dogs, which influenced its behavior and comfort zones. From my observation with similar cases, cats raised with dogs often adopt dog-like behaviors, such as following their canine friends around, playing roughly, or even learning to respond to commands. This cross-species upbringing can enrich a pet's social skills and help them become more adaptable. If you ever encounter a cat who seems unusually friendly to dogs or enjoys spaces typically reserved for them, it could be an indication of such a special upbringing. This story also emphasizes the importance of early socialization in pets. Introducing animals to different species in a controlled and positive environment often leads to strong interspecies friendships. As for the crate-loving behavior, it might provide a sense of security and familiarity to the cat, mimicking the safe den-like space often sought by both dogs and cats. In sum, this fluffy cat raised by dogs is an inspiring example of how animals break conventional boundaries, teaching us about acceptance and unique friendships in the pet world.

I just snapped a pic of my cat, who was a bottle baby in house full of dogs, sleeping in the dog kennel! 🤣
