OMG, you guys, I'm so excited to finally share my latest fan art piece: Abby Saja from the Saja Boys! This was such a blast to work on, especially after finishing up Baby Saja in the last part. I really tried to capture Abby's unique anime-style look that we all love, focusing on those iconic details that make him instantly recognizable. When I was drawing him, I paid extra attention to his signature red hair and that effortlessly cool open denim jacket. And of course, I couldn't forget to highlight his visible abs – it’s a key part of his design, right? I spent quite some time trying to get the shading just right to really make them pop, just like in the game. I even added in the detail of his blue jeans and that little peek of 'Fashionista' underwear because those small touches truly bring the character to life! It’s all about nailing those specific traits that fans adore. For those new to the Saja Boys, Abby is such a dynamic character, known for his energetic presence and cool fashion. While he might be familiar to some as a character from the 'Dance Central' game series, his charm definitely extends beyond the dance floor, inspiring so much amazing fan art. It’s always a fun challenge to translate a beloved game character into your own drawing style while keeping their essence intact. A lot of you have been asking about how I approach drawing male anatomy, especially abs. My trick is to really study references and understand the underlying muscle structure – it’s not just about drawing lines, but understanding the form beneath. For anime style, you can exaggerate slightly to give that stylized, strong look. I often start with a basic skeletal guide, then build up the muscle groups, paying close attention to highlights and shadows. It’s a process, but so rewarding when you see the results!
