Health Issues 💔😔
Sharing My Health Journey – May 5, 2025
I’ve been quietly tracking my health for a few months now, and I wanted to open up and share in case someone out there is going through something similar and feeling alone.
Lately, the scariest part has been the sudden, unpredictable dizziness it hits without warning whether I’m sitting, standing, laying down, or just doing regular daily tasks. It’s unsettling and honestly, terrifying at times. I’m not on any medications, and there aren’t any clear triggers. It’s hard not knowing what’s going on in your own body.
Here’s a bit of what I’ve tracked over the past few months:
Headaches:
Jan: 2
Feb: 9
Mar: 17
Apr: 8
May (so far): 2
Dizziness Episodes:
Mar: 3
Apr: 3
May (so far): 2
Other symptoms:
Nosebleeds
Chest pain
Fatigue
Neck/body aches
Panic attack
Seizure (April)
Constipation
Random allergy symptoms
Shoulder injury
Feeling “off” more often than I’d like to admit
I have a doctor’s appointment today, and I plan to bring all of this up. My goals are to figure out what’s causing the dizziness, rule out anything serious, and hopefully get some answers or referrals to a specialist.
If you’re dealing with health issues that no one seems to understand or take seriously I see you. Keep advocating for yourself. Track your symptoms. Speak up. You’re not alone.
If you’ve been through anything like this, feel free to share. We can all learn from each other.

Navigating health issues can be incredibly challenging, especially when symptoms like dizziness strike unexpectedly. Dizziness can have numerous causes ranging from benign inner ear problems to more serious conditions, underscoring the importance of medical evaluation. Tracking your symptoms meticulously, much like I have done, can provide valuable insights and aid doctors in diagnosis. In addition to dizziness, headaches can often accompany various health concerns, revealing patterns that may help identify triggers and appropriate interventions. It's also essential to consider lifestyle factors such as stress, sleep, and hydration, as they can significantly impact overall health. Engaging in regular physical activity and practicing relaxation techniques may also alleviate some symptoms. If you’re experiencing unexplained health challenges, don't hesitate to seek medical advice. Doctors may refer you to specialists, such as neurologists or otolaryngologists, who can provide further assistance. Remember, you're not alone and sharing experiences can foster understanding and support among those facing similar issues. Let’s continue to advocate for our health and well-being together.
