Turning 34 years old isn't fun 😳😭😖
This is why I don't celebrate my birthday anymore because I started to notice my body feeling really weak like this isn't what people told me. They say you'll get wiser and smarter. They left out the parts where my body will feel pain and the struggle of getting up every morning

Stop mentioning your actual age to yourself and start thinking of what age you feel…. Yes sometimes you will feel 34, but the majority of the time you shouldn’t…. Just a simple switch in your mind can help tremendously.
