Garden Pt.6
It rained so much the past 2 weeks so I had to wait to get pictures of my garden.
I got lots of flowers bloomed on my zucchini’s cucumbers & squash!
My marigolds grew back and they’re so pretty!
I have Cherry tomatoes growing!!
Btw I threw fruit and veggies that were going bad into my garden bed. Hope that was okay🤷🏼♀️
Gardening can be a rewarding and therapeutic hobby that nurtures both your green thumb and the environment. With the right knowledge and resources, anyone can cultivate a flourishing garden filled with vegetables, herbs, and vibrant flowers. Notably, zucchinis and cucumbers are popular choices for home gardeners due to their relatively easy care and rapid growth. Marigolds, in addition to providing a pop of color, serve a practical purpose by deterring pests and inviting beneficial insects. It’s intriguing to learn that marigolds can also attract pollinators like bees, making them a great companion plant in the garden. Cherry tomatoes are excellent for containers and small gardens, as they tend to produce a high yield in limited space. Regular harvesting encourages more fruit to develop, so be sure to pick them when they turn from green to a luscious red. Using kitchen scraps like spoiled fruits and vegetables in your garden, as you did, is an interesting method of composting that contributes to soil health. This practice not only reduces waste but also enhances the nutrient profile of your garden beds. Just make sure to bury them well to prevent attracting pests. If you're looking for more gardening tips and inspiration, resources like gardening blogs and forums can provide valuable insights into seasonal plants, pest control, and organic gardening techniques.
