Garden Update Pt.8
Have an abundance in herbs. Grew only one banana pepper so far. Grew lots of cucumbers their kinda small though. Lost lots of my plants so far. Was gone for half a week and my plants almost died. My cherry tomatoes are starting to turn red. And I have lots of big boy tomatoes growing. My green bell peppers never got bigger so I cut them off.
I can’t wait to try again next year after everything I learned this year.

Gardening can be a rewarding yet challenging journey, especially when faced with unexpected setbacks such as plant loss. In this update, I reflect on the various herbs and vegetables I have grown, emphasizing my abundance of herbs and the individual successes of my cherry and big boy tomatoes. Despite some plants not thriving—such as my green bell peppers—I look forward to applying the lessons I've learned this season in the next gardening cycle. To enhance your own gardening success, consider researching the specific needs of each plant variety. For instance, cherry tomatoes generally require full sun, consistent watering, and support structures as they grow. Cucumber plants also flourish in well-drained soil and benefit from trellising to promote healthier growth. Incorporating these practices could lead to a more fruitful garden next year. Additionally, reflect on the climate and seasonal changes that may have affected your plants, adjusting your strategies based on this understanding. By sharing experiences and learning from both triumphs and failures, the gardening community can grow stronger together.
