Reviewing yourself in your 40s + life changes when you choose yourself.
Back then, I thought,
To grow up = to be patient, to be good, to carry everything alone.
But at 40 +
I'm starting to understand that.
To really grow up is to
🌱 choose to live with calming things.
🌱 dare say "can't" without feeling guilty.
🌱 don't have to prove yourself to anyone all the time.
This age doesn't make me better at everything.
But it made me more kind to myself.
I learned that.
Happiness doesn't have to be loud.
Money is important, but heart health is more important.
The person who should take care of the most, not anyone else... is ourselves.
What about you?
In the age of 40 +
What does life teach you? 💛
