where to go in tokyo osaka kyoto nara? 🇯🇵✈️ pt 2/2
continuing from my previous post ~ part 1 here!
here's part 2 of my japan travels 🥳
📅 day 7 ; kyoto
- breakfast at 7-11
- travelled to saga arashiyama station to take the sagano romantic train (our timeslot was 9am)
- walked around arashiyama bamboo forest
- explored the shopping street near arashiyama station and togetsukyo bridge
- lunch at yosiya
- matcha parfait from chawawa
- visited to fushimi inari in the late afternoon
- travelled to gion shijo afterwards
- matcha warabimochi from torori tenshi no warabimochi
- visited nishiki market
- visited hokanji temple (yasaka pagoda)
- walked around the shopping street nearby the pagoda
- travelled back to kyoto station
- dinner at sushi no musashi
- local train back to osaka
📅 day 8 ; tokyo
- breakfast from 7-11
- shinkansen to tokyo
- lunch during shinkansen ride, bought pork katsu bento box from ekiben
- check in hotel at shibuya tokyu rei hotel
- shibuya crossing and hachiko statue
- travelled to naka meguro
- visited starbucks reserve roastery tokyo ; had coffee and cake there
- travelled to shinjuku and spent our evening and night there shopping
- back at shibuya for late dinner at ichiran
- midnight shopping at mega don quijote
📅 day 9 ; tokyo
- walked to micasadeco & cafe jingumae for breakfast
- went to kiddy land after
- walked to harajuku takeshita street and explored around
- visited mipig cafe ; super cute micro pigs
- travelled to shinjuku
- late lunch at cinnamoroll cafe
- travelled back to shibuya and explored around
- dinner at mawashizushi katsu (sushi conveyor belt) (didn't take picture)
📅 day 10 ; tokyo
- travelled back to harajuku for brunch at peanuts cafe
- travelled to akihabara
- explored around akihabara for the entire afternoon
- went to tokyo station for snacks and souvenirs shopping
- back at shibuya
- dinner at ichiran (our last dinner in japan 🥲)
📅 day 11 ; tokyo -> sg
- travelled back to harajuku
- lunch at pompompurin cafe
- off to the airport we go 🥲
definitely going back japan again next year, really love the weather there and especially the food😋
