November wrap up 🍂

November was probably the worst reading month for me this year. I was just very tired and overwhelmed and I guess I just needed to just slow down. I did put a pause on my hobbies. I'm just glad I was able to get some reading done. I enjoyed these books very much and can't wait to finish up the year.

How many books were you able to read last month?

... Read moreAs the end of the year approaches, many readers take a moment to assess their reading habits and progress. November often brings a mix of emotions, as individuals may feel pressure to reach their reading goals. If you found yourself struggling to find time or motivation to read, you are not alone. Here are some strategies to enhance your reading experience: 1. **Set a Reasonable Pace**: Don’t overwhelm yourself with unrealistic reading goals. It’s perfectly okay to slow down and enjoy the books at a comfortable pace. 2. **Create a Cozy Reading Environment**: Establish a space that invites relaxation and concentration. Consider soft lighting, a comfy chair, and some soothing tea to enhance your reading moments. 3. **Mix Up Your Genres**: Sometimes, a change of pace can rekindle your love for reading. If you’ve been reading one type of book, try switching it up with something new to ignite your interest. 4. **Join a Book Community**: Engaging with fellow readers through forums or social media can motivate you and introduce you to new titles and ideas. Participating in read-alongs or discussions can make reading a more dynamic experience. 5. **Reflect and Share**: Take time to think about what you’ve read and share it with friends or on platforms like Lemon8. Sharing your thoughts and experiences can deepen your appreciation and understanding of the books you’ve engaged with. As you look ahead to December, consider what changes you might like to implement in your reading habits. Let's finish the year strong!
