NOT YOUR ORDINARY: CLEANING BRANDS

HIIIIII ALIENSSSS !!!! Sooo I’ve noticed that when you go to grab your cleaning supplies, I mean everything down to detergent you see the sameeee brands no matter what store, even mini versions in gas stations ??? Unfortunately these typically are the brands that cost you the most and are very much unpredictable when it comes to when these prices will change, butttt we often forget about the brands that sit in the middle, somehow right out of eyes sight but directly in front of them ? Like they cluster so much on the shelves you have no point but to go for what you know, purely out of wanting to relieve the stress that has come from something as simple as washing your clothes or cleaning your counter. With this being said I wanted to give a cleanse on the cleansing products 😂 , I wanted to show the planet products you all can look out for and forward to outside of the usual headache!! I hope you all enjoy and find something you like and maybe even loveeee !!!

Read moreWhen it comes to cleaning products, many people default to familiar, often expensive brands without realizing the wide variety of effective, budget-friendly, and environmentally conscious alternatives available. I personally started exploring sustainable cleaning brands after feeling frustrated with constant price fluctuations and the overwhelming abundance of conventional products that don’t always meet my expectations. One game-changer for me was switching to bamboo-based paper towels and toilet paper. Brands like Reel Paper and Better Planet Paper offer two-ply, highly absorbent, and durable options free from inks, dyes, and BPA, which means they're safer for both my family and the environment. What makes these products even more appealing is their commitment to forest restoration and eliminating harmful plastics from packaging. For household cleaners, I found that plant-based all-purpose cleaners from companies like Cleancult provide powerful cleaning results without the harsh chemicals commonly found in traditional cleaners. Their lemon verbena and pink grapefruit scents not only leave my home smelling fresh but also ensure I’m using products free from toxins, helping reduce indoor air pollution and potential skin irritations. Using refillable cleaning product containers is another simple step I adopted to minimize plastic waste. Many brands offer concentrated refills which save money and reduce landfill impact. It’s a small habit that collectively makes a big difference. Incorporating these 'not your ordinary' cleaning brands into my routine has not only eased the stress of constantly hunting for effective products but also aligned with my values for sustainability and cost-effectiveness. If you’re looking to switch up your cleaning routine, I recommend trying out some of these planet-friendly brands. They prove that cleaning does not have to be complicated, expensive, or harmful – it can be simple, affordable, and gentle on our planet too!
