Best Pickled Onions 🧅

Ingredients:

- 1 cup water

- 1 cup apple cider vinegar

- 1/3 cup sugar (I used brown sugar)

- 1 tbsp sea salt

- 1 onion

- 2 garlic cloves (cut in half)

- 5 peppercorns

- 1/2 Serrano pepper

Instructions:

Cut onion, add garlic cloves, peppercorn and Serrano peppers to mason jar.

add water, acv, sugar and sea salt to pot. Boil until everything dissolves.

Pour liquid ingredients into mason jar over the onions. Place in refrigerator for up to one hour and enjoy!
