Don't forget the B vitamins, including folate, which are vital for energy production. Beyond vitamins, they're rich in minerals like potassium, important for blood pressure regulation, and magnesium, crucial for muscle and nerve function. What makes them truly special is their fiber content – a true digestive hero that keeps things moving smoothly and helps you feel full longer, which can be a game-changer for maintaining a healthy weight.
