การไปเยี่ยมชมพิพิธภัณฑ์กองทัพอากาศและการบินแห่งชาติเป็นประสบการณ์ที่คุ้มค่ามากจริงๆ โดยเฉพาะถ้าพาเด็กๆ ไปร่วมด้วย เด็กวัยอนุบาลขึ้นไปจะเริ่มมีความสนใจและตั้งคำถามเกี่ยวกับเครื่องบินและการบิน รวมถึงประวัติความเป็นมาของกองทัพอากาศไทยด้วย พื้นที่ของพิพิธภัณฑ์แบ่งออกเป็นโซนในอาคารแอร์เย็น ทั้งยังมีโซนกลางแจ้งที่จัดแสดงเครื่องบินรบและอากาศยานหลากหลายรุ่นให้ได้ชมอย่างใกล้ชิด ซึ่งจุดนี้ทำให้เด็กๆ และผู้ใหญ่ได้สัมผัสบรรยากาศจริงๆ ของเครื่องบินแต่ละชนิด เสริมสร้างจินตนาการและความรู้ไปพร้อมกัน ผมชอบที่นี่ตรงที่มีมุมถ่ายรูปสวยๆ มากมาย เหมาะสำหรับผู้ที่ชอบถ่ายภาพเครื่องบินและอยากเก็บความทรงจำในทริปนี้ นอกจากนี้ การเดินชมใช้เวลาราว 1 ถึง 2 ชั่วโมง ถือว่าสบายๆ ไม่เหนื่อยเกินไป เหมาะแก่การพาครอบครัวไปทำกิจกรรมร่วมกันในวันหยุด ข้อแนะนำสำหรับผู้ที่วางแผนจะไป คือ ควรไปช่วงเช้าเพื่อลดความร้อนจากแสงแดด เพราะการเดินชมโซนกลางแจ้งมีค่อนข้างมาก ควรสวมรองเท้าที่ใส่สบาย และพกหมวกกับน้ำไปด้วย โดยเฉพาะถ้ามีเด็กเล็กด้วย พิพิธภัณฑ์นี้ยังมีค่าเข้าสถานที่ฟรี แต่สำหรับผู้ที่ต้องการสนับสนุน สามารถบริจาคตามจิตศรัทธาได้ ถ้าใครต้องการให้เด็กเลิกเสพติดหน้าจอหรือหากิจกรรมเสริมสร้างความรู้ที่ได้ความสนุกด้วย การไปที่พิพิธภัณฑ์กองทัพอากาศและการบินแห่งชาติถือเป็นตัวเลือกที่ดีมาก นอกจากจะได้ชมเครื่องบินจริงแล้วยังได้เรียนรู้ประวัติศาสตร์การบินไทยและเสริมสร้างความรักในศาสตร์การบินอีกด้วย
