สำหรับใครที่ชื่นชอบร้านอาหารอิตาเลียนที่มอบความรู้สึกเหมือนได้ไปนั่งอยู่ที่ยุโรป Prime 19 Khaoyai ถือเป็นตัวเลือกที่ไม่ควรพลาดครับ ผมได้มีโอกาสไปเยือนร้านนี้มาแล้วและประทับใจกับบรรยากาศที่อบอุ่นและเป็นกันเองมากๆ เพราะมีการจัดโต๊ะที่ดูดีไม่แออัด เหมาะกับมานั่งชิลล์ ทั้งกับครอบครัว หรือเพื่อนฝูง เมนูที่ประทับใจอย่างมากคือ Garlic Bread ที่ให้ขนมปังกรอบกำลังดี พร้อมกลิ่นหอมของกระเทียมที่ไม่แรงเกินไป ทำให้เรียกน้ำย่อยได้อย่างดี เมนูพาร์มาแฮมกับมันฝรั่งทอดก็ไม่ธรรมดาครับ มันฝรั่งชิ้นใหญ่กรอบนอกนุ่มใน ท็อปด้วยแฮมพาร์มาเจือเค็มนิดๆ กินคู่กับซอสทรัฟเฟิลที่หอมจริงๆ ยิ่งช่วยตัดเลี่ยนได้ดีมาก ส่วนลาซานญ่าซอสเนื้อแองกัสถือเป็นเซอร์ไพรส์ที่ทำให้ผมเปลี่ยนใจจากคนไม่ค่อยกินลาซานญ่าให้กลายเป็นแฟนทันที ซอสเนื้อเข้มข้นและตัวแป้งลาซานญ่านุ่มละมุนลิ้นมาก เหมาะสำหรับคนที่ชอบอาหารรสเข้มแต่ไม่จัดสุดๆ และเมื่อมาถึงเมนูสเต็กริบอายย่างถ่านของทางร้าน แม้บางคนจะมองว่าสเต็กอาจไม่เข้มข้นพอสำหรับสายเนื้อแต่ผมว่าการเสิร์ฟพร้อมเกลือหิมาลายันและซอสแจ่วช่วยเสริมรสและดึงความหอมจากการย่างเตาถ่านออกมาได้ดีสุดๆ นอกจากอาหารที่คุณภาพและหลากหลายให้เลือก ทางร้านยังมีดนตรีสดที่สร้างบรรยากาศผ่อนคลายและเพิ่มความอบอุ่นให้กับช่วงเวลามื้ออาหารอีกด้วย การบริการของพนักงานก็เป็นมิตรและใส่ใจรายละเอียด ช่วยทำให้มื้อนั้นรู้สึกพิเศษมากขึ้น สำหรับใครที่กำลังมองหาร้านอาหารอิตาเลียนแท้ๆ ในเขาใหญ่ที่ครบเครื่องเรื่องรสชาติและบรรยากาศ Prime 19 Khaoyai เป็นทางเลือกที่คุ้มค่ามากเลยครับ หากมีโอกาสลองแวะไปชิมดู รับรองจะไม่ผิดหวังแน่นอน
