For us, the most delicious and rewarding piece will be the cookies & cream of ducks donuts. There is only one branch in Siam Dis, followed by the earl grey lavender of the doughnut library esp. When you press the ugly box of Nat, it's really great > _ <

Chiang Mai people have to try flips & flips. The creatives taste a lot.

ในประสบการณ์การกินโดนัทของผม ผมได้ลองชิมโดนัทจากหลายร้านที่มีเอกลักษณ์เฉพาะตัว เช่น ร้าน Ducks Donuts ที่ขึ้นชื่อเรื่องโดนัทที่ทำสดใหม่แบบ made to order ทุกชิ้น โดยเฉพาะโดนัทรส Cookies & Cream ที่เนื้อแป้งนุ่มละมุน ไปกับช็อกโกแลตและคุกกี้บดกรุบกรอบ ทำให้รสสัมผัสมีมิติและไม่หวานเลี่ยนเกินไป สำหรับคนที่ชื่นชอบรสชาติแปลกใหม่ ร้าน Doughnut Library จะเป็นตัวเลือกที่น่าสนใจมาก โดยเฉพาะรส Earl Grey Lavender ที่มีกลิ่นหอมสดชื่นของชาอีลเกรย์ผสานกับกลิ่นดอกลาเวนเดอร์ ช่วยเติมเต็มประสบการณ์การทานโดนัทให้ไม่น่าเบื่อ อีกหนึ่งร้านในเชียงใหม่อย่าง Flips & Flips ที่ผมชอบมากด้วยเมนูที่หลากหลายและครีเอทสุดๆ ตั้งแต่โดนัทแบบคลาสสิกไปจนถึงรสชาติผสมผสาน เช่น พีนัทเจลลี่ป๊อบที่น่าประหลาดใจว่ารสชาติเข้ากันอย่างไม่น่าเชื่อ Drop by dough แม้อาจจะมีคะแนนเรื่องราคาที่ดูสูงไปบ้าง แต่โดนัทก้อนใหญ่สูตรพิเศษที่รสชาติเข้มข้น เช่น กลิ่นซินนามอนไม่ทำให้ผิดหวังแน่นอน และเหมาะสำหรับคนที่ชอบโดนัทที่ออกแนวหนักแน่นเต็มคำ ผมมักจะซื้อโดนัทแบบกล่อง Ugly box จาก Doughnut Library ซึ่งทำให้ได้ลิ้มลองหลายรสชาติในคราวเดียวกัน เป็นอีกวิธีที่ดีในการค้นหาโดนัทโปรดใหม่ๆ อีกทั้งยังเหมาะกับการแบ่งปันกับเพื่อนและครอบครัว สรุปแล้ว การได้ลองโดนัทจากร้านเหล่านี้จะทำให้คุณพบกับความหลากหลายของรสชาติและสไตล์ที่แตกต่างกัน ทั้งความนุ่มละมุน ความกรุบกรอบ ความหอมหวาน และความครีเอทที่ใครหลายคนต้องประทับใจ ใครที่ชอบโดนัทเหมือนผม ลองไปชิมตามร้านแนะนำแล้วมาแชร์เมนูเด็ดๆ ด้วยกันนะครับ!
