✉️MESSAGES FOR MYSELF

Ploy walked to meet the Hill Jai exhibition, organized by chance on Ploy's bad day. 🌧️

• Many times, when we have a distress story, maybe we can tell it or not tell it to anyone, people who meet us in a dull state often tell us to "fight," "Don't think too much" / "Mu Fon."

• It causes us to move out of that point quickly, sometimes we haven't learned it yet, to deal with those feelings that come in at all, or sometimes to hold back those regrets, keep them 🧊, and walk on immediately like nothing happened.

But..... it never disappeared..... right?

• It would be better if we could understandably accept those regrets, disappointments, disruptions, that it is natural for us to find good days, ordinary days, bad days, broken days.

"You can move on."

Therefore is another sentence that Ploy likes to tell himself

Like we got an understanding.

Understand that we are not not going to fight, but we only want to rest.

If we can, we'll go 🪁 to the best of our ability.
