It’s tough because honestly, every season brings something amazing to the table, but some just hit different, right? When we talk about the best clone wars season, it's hard not to immediately think of Season 7. That final season, especially the 'Siege of Mandalore' arc, was an absolute masterpiece. The animation, the emotional depth, the way it tied directly into Revenge of the Sith – it was everything I hoped for and more. Witnessing Ahsoka’s journey and the clones' tragic fate under Order 66, particularly Rex, was incredibly impactful. It solidified its place as one of the best clone wars arcs ever, in my opinion, providing such a powerful and heartbreaking conclusion to the series ranked among the greatest animated shows. Then there’s Season 5, which introduced some of the most compelling narratives. The 'Maul' arc, where he truly cemented his terrifying presence, and the 'Ahsoka's Fugitive' arc, were pivotal for character development. Seeing Ahsoka wrongfully accused and leaving the Jedi Order was a gut punch, transforming her character in ways that resonated deeply.
