If you can predict the weather of Singapore, you are the king of predictions. In the morning, I order the breakfast set A sitting around the windows enjoying the sunshine and food. I thought it would be a really good day. But after I studied one hour in resource center, as I lifted my head and looked outside. It rain heavily…Without other choice, I went on my way to classroom. The classroom is in the corner of the school. So as I walked, the noise of crowds faded.

Suddenly I heard the voice of raindrop. It danced on the tree road and everywhere. With the shiny raindrop, every plant around the road became energetic. I felt like I was in the middle of rainforest!

... Read moreDuring my time in Singapore, I've learned that the weather is often unpredictable, making every day unique and exciting. One thing I appreciate is the contrast between the bustling city and the calmness brought by sudden rain. When the rain fell heavily, the world seemed to pause, and the usual noise of crowds faded away. It gave me a chance to slow down and connect with nature in an urban setting. Walking through the school campus under the rain transformed the familiar path into something magical. Raindrops dancing on leaves and pavements created a soothing soundtrack, reminding me of the vitality that water brings to all living things. The greenery appeared more vibrant, and I felt as if I was surrounded by a tropical rainforest, right in the heart of the city. This experience taught me to appreciate small moments, especially when they unexpectedly brighten otherwise ordinary days. Whether an international student or a local, embracing Singapore's ever-changing weather can deepen your connection to the city and its natural beauty. Next time it rains, try to pause and observe how nature celebrates the shower—it’s a refreshing chance to find peace and inspiration in your daily routine.
