The Book: Psychology, Self-Improvement
This book is like a home medicine for people who are exhausted from living up to other people's expectations. Just seeing the cover that is a black cat sleeping chill open their legs in front of a fire. 😂 It's enough to guess that the energy of this book is focused on "releasing joy" in a super way.
🧐 Interesting review
This book is not a beautiful world psychology book that tells us to look for the advantages of everything, but "A Guide to Being with a Not So Clear!" that teaches us to look at the world realistically. It's perfect for people who are Pleasers, people who care too much about the eyes of their peers to put pressure on themselves, or people who try to do everything for the Perfectionist. The content is very easy to read, straightforward, teeth, and many times it's like a young friend slapping his shoulder and saying, "Forget it, you weren't born to carry the world!"
Because the author is gay and has experience working in bars in Shinjuku, he has met hundreds of parents and listened to countless life problems. This experience has shaped him to have a very sharp, straightforward and "real-world" perspective.
All in all, this book invites us to reduce ego, lower expectations, and allow ourselves to be normal humans with some mistakes, so that we can come back to a "joy" life. 😻
Impression: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ (4 / 5)
