⭐ Ingredients
• Fresh fish on both sides. Remove one medium horse.
• Pellet salt or sea salt, about 1 / 3-1 / 2 cup
• Rice vinegar (Rice vinegar) 200 ml
• 1-2 tablespoons sugar (added mellow)
• Kombu algae (no fit) 1 small sheet
• Rain ginger or thin lemon (not wearable)

1) Prepare fish
1. Remove all the salt and blood along the bone
2. Wash quickly with cold water, then mop to dry.
3. Wipe the leather clean (no need to peel the leather)
2) Marinate salt
1. Sprinkle salt on the fish meat all over thick.
2.Place in a box and refrigerate for 1 hour (if large fish ferment for 1.5 hours)
♂ Salt will remove water and disinfect it to some extent.

4. Liner to dry completely
3) Marinate vinegar
1.Mix vinegar + sugar. Stir to dissolve.
2. Put the fish in the vinegar to flood.
3.Refrigerate for 30-60 minutes

1. Take the fish up from the vinegar
