ถ้าคุณกำลังมองหาร้านอาหารทะเลที่มาแล้วคุ้มค่า รสชาติเด็ด ในบรรยากาศแบบท้องถิ่นแท้ๆ ที่ครัวป้าสาว อ่าวคุ้งกระเบน คือคำตอบที่ไม่ควรพลาดเลยค่ะ ผมมีโอกาสได้ไปเยือนร้านนี้มาเมื่อไม่นาน และต้องบอกเลยว่าความสดใหม่ของวัตถุดิบในร้านนี้โดดเด่นมาก เพราะที่นี่จะได้วัตถุดิบสดๆ จากชาวประมงท้องถิ่นโดยตรง ซึ่งทำให้ทุกคำที่กินเห็นรสชาติทะเลแท้จริง ทั้งหมึกที่หวานกรอบ ยำผักกูดที่สดกรอบและหอมถึงกลิ่นสมุนไพรแบบไทยแท้ รวมถึงกุ้งชุบแป้งทอดที่แม้จะเป็นแป้งธรรมดาแต่ทำให้รู้สึกคลาสสิค อิ่มอกอิ่มใจเหมือนได้กลับไปทานอาหารกับครอบครัวที่บ้านเลยค่ะ ที่สำคัญราคาของอาหารถูกใจมาก ผมจำได้ว่าจานหมึกผัดน้ำดำแค่ 80 บาทได้หมึกสดถึง 6 ตัว ถือว่าคุ้มสุดๆ และยังมีเครื่องเคียงอื่นๆ รสชาติจัดจ้านแต่กลมกล่อม เหมาะกับผู้ที่ชอบอาหารรสเข้มข้นแบบพื้นบ้านจริงๆ การบริการที่ร้านนี้เป็นเสน่ห์อีกอย่างหนึ่ง เพราะแม่ครัวที่ป้าสาวทำเองคนเดียว ไม่รับจองและต้องรอคิวสักหน่อย แต่ก็ทำให้อาหารสดและปรุงใจอย่างแท้จริง ถือเป็นประสบการณ์ที่พิเศษและอบอุ่นใจมากเวลาได้นั่งชมวิวทะเลที่ร้านไปพร้อมกับได้ลิ้มรสอาหารพื้นบ้านแท้ๆ สำหรับใครที่หาที่จอดรถ อาจต้องเตรียมใจเล็กน้อยเพราะร้านอยู่ในชุมชนลึก นั่นจึงทำให้ร้านนี้ยังคงเป็นความลับของนักกินที่รู้กันในวงแคบแต่คุ้มค่าที่จะไปค้นหาอย่างแท้จริง สรุปเลยว่าครัวป้าสาว อ่าวคุ้งกระเบน เป็นร้านอาหารทะเลที่มอบทั้งรสชาติอาหารสด อร่อย ราคาเหมาะสม ไปจนถึงบรรยากาศชมวิวทะเลใจกลางชุมชนประมง หากได้ไปจันทบุรี อย่าลืมแวะมาอิ่มอร่อยกันนะครับ!
