Slept in today cause body hates weather change
Gonna go back to sleep and hope I can make a lyra class later bc I have not gotten enough lyra this week.
I've definitely noticed that when the weather starts to change rapidly, my body tends to feel more sluggish and tired, often causing me to sleep in later than usual. It’s like the sudden shifts in temperature or humidity throw off my natural rhythm, making it harder to get up and feel energized. I’ve found that staying hydrated and trying to keep a consistent sleep schedule as much as possible really helps combat this effect. On days like these when you wake up with messy, natural curls, I think it’s a great opportunity to embrace that effortless, cute bed head look rather than fighting against it. Those unruly curls can actually add a lot of character to your style, and with some light refreshing – like using a bit of leave-in conditioner or curl cream – you can enhance their shape without making them look overly done. Also, fitting in activities you enjoy, like a lyra class or gentle exercise, can boost your mood and energy levels post-sleep-in. I personally try to listen to my body when the weather is unpredictable and adjust my plans accordingly, making time for some rest but still aiming for some movement to keep me from feeling too sluggish. All in all, weather changes affect many of us physically and mentally, but turning those natural changes into a part of your routine – whether it’s a relaxed hair day or adjusting your sleep – can help you feel more in tune with your body and ultimately improve your well-being.
