私も以前は「電源＋音量を下げる」を毎回やっていて、ケースが厚い日や片手操作の時に失敗しがちでした…。AssistiveTouch（iPhone アシストタッチ）にスクリーンショットを割り当ててからは、ボタンを酷使しなくて済むし、指が届く位置でサッとスクショできてかなり快適です。 ■AssistiveTouchはどんな人におすすめ？（assistivetouch おすすめ） ・両押しスクショが押しづらい（片手操作/手が小さい/ケースが固い） ・サイドボタンや音量ボタンの劣化が心配 ・スクリーンショットをよく撮る（メモ代わり、仕事・学校の資料保存など） ■「ボタン以外」でスクショするコツ 記事の手順で「ダブルタップ→スクリーンショット」を設定したら、まずはAssistiveTouchボタンを“押しやすい場所”に移動するのがコツです。画面の端に寄せると邪魔になりにくく、片手でも届きやすい位置に固定できます。 ■AssistiveTouchが邪魔なときの対策（表示/非表示） ずっと浮いている丸いボタンが気になる人は、コントロールセンターに追加しておくのがいちばん楽でした。必要なときだけONにして、スクショが終わったらOFF。私は「右側に配置」しておくと探す手間が減りました。 ■スクショがうまく撮れないときのチェック ・ダブルタップに別のアクションが入っていないか確認 ・「AssistiveTouchをオン」にしただけで満足して、ダブルタップ設定が未変更のままになっていないか ・画面保護フィルムや手袋などでタッチが反応しづらい場合は、タッチ感度/操作感も見直す ■（関連）消えるメッセージモードの画面録画について 「消えるメッセージモード 画面録画」が気になって調べている人も多いですが、アプリ側の仕様で録画・スクショが制限されたり、相手に通知されるケースがあります。私は大事な内容は“許可を取ってから”通常チャットに移して保存するようにしています。 スクショボタン（iphone スクショ ボタン）を毎日使う人ほど、ボタンなし運用はラクになるので、一度設定してみてください。
