This time I ordered a light taste and others were normal.

「五翔家 メニュー」で調べている人向けに、初めて行くときに迷いやすいポイントをまとめます。私も行く前は“何を頼めばいい？”となったので、同じ目線で書きます。 まず注文は食券制。入口付近の券売機でメニューを選んで購入し、席で渡す流れでした。券売機には定番の「五翔ラーメン」を中心に、チャーシューメン系やサイド（私が頼んだチャーシュー丼など）が並んでいて、写真付きではない分「まずは看板メニュー＋サイド」で組むと失敗しにくい印象です。 次に、家系ならではの“好み”のカスタム。店内の案内に、麺の硬さ（かため・普通・やわらかめ）、味の濃さ（濃いめ・普通・薄め）、油の量（多め・普通・少なめ）が書かれていました。私は濃いめが得意じゃないので「味薄め・他は普通」にしたところ、豚骨醤油のコクはしっかり感じつつ、後半まで飲み疲れしにくいバランスに。初回は全部普通でもいいですが、重ためが不安なら「味薄め」や「油少なめ」から入るのもアリだと思います。 トッピング面は、海苔・ほうれん草・ネギ・味玉・チャーシューと“家系らしい”構成で満足度高め。特にチャーシューは大判で、箸で持ち上げるとやわらかさが伝わるタイプ。口の中でほろっと崩れる感じが印象に残りました。味玉も半熟寄りで、黄身のとろっと感がスープに合います。 サイドのチャーシュー丼は、ご飯の上に刻みチャーシュー＋ネギ＋マヨの王道。ラーメンの合間に食べると、塩気とコクで箸が止まらなくなります。お腹に余裕がある日ならセット感覚でおすすめ。 最後に、私の“メニュー選び”の結論。初訪問なら「五翔ラーメン＋チャーシュー丼」で店の良さが一通りわかりやすいです。逆に軽めにしたい日は、丼なし＆カスタムを薄め/少なめ寄りにすると食べやすいはず。藤沢で家系を外したくない日に、選択肢に入れておくと安心なお店でした。
