Lemon8, a platform that once seemed promising, has unfortunately become overrun with spam and creepy dating profiles. It's disheartening to see a space that could have been used for genuine connections and creative sharing turn into a haven for unsolicited messages and questionable interactions.

Every day, I open the app only to find anywhere from 5 to 30 new followers, all from these questionable accounts. It’s frustrating to have to spend so much time daily blocking these accounts instead of enjoying the content and interactions I signed up for. The worst part is that I’ve had to delete all content with my face, or anyone else’s, because these posts attract the most unsolicited advances. It feels like the platform is now more about dodging unwanted advances than enjoying the content it was meant for.
