We went as "proxy" from my mother. What to prepare + know before going to court is
1.Power of attorney + copy of our ID card and mother
2. Our case number
3. Cash (to buy stamp duty)
4. Dressing (polite, formal / casual)
5. What the mother wants us to say or inform the court.

- The officers are not fierce at all. We are confused. We ask a lot. The purchase of stamp duty. Where to paste it? The elder is very recommended.
- Sitting in wait for the court, he called in the courtroom, very excited. Hearing another case standing in front of the throne, even more scared.
- When I asked you to call our case numbers, we were secretly bent because there was no lawyer, but the court was very kind, and said, "Say it. What did you say, Mom?" We told everything normally. Use common language to communicate. Don't tense.

💡 A little advice: It should be a lot of time to go first, because parking may not be enough. We went to Tlingan Civil Court, a lot of motorcycle parking, but the parking lot was so full that I had to go outside and walk a long way.

จากประสบการณ์ที่ได้ไปศาลแพ่งครั้งแรกในฐานะผู้รับมอบอำนาจ ต้องยอมรับว่าความวิตกกังวลนั้นมีมาก พอสมควร เพราะภาพจำส่วนใหญ่ในสื่อมักจะทำให้เราคิดว่าการไปศาลจะเต็มไปด้วยความตึงเครียด เสียงโห่ร้อง หรือการทุบโต๊ะเหมือนในหนัง แต่พอถึงวันจริงกลับพบว่าเป็นสถานที่ที่มีความเป็นมิตร และเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อยมาก สิ่งที่ช่วยลดความกังวลได้มากคือการเตรียมเอกสารให้ครบถ้วน เช่น หนังสือมอบอำนาจ, สำเนาบัตรประชาชนทั้งของตัวเองและผู้มอบอำนาจ, เลขคดี, เงินสดสำหรับซื้ออากรแสตมป์ รวมถึงการเตรียมใจและข้อความที่จะต้องพูดกับศาล เพราะการพูดตรงไปตรงมา ใช้ภาษาง่ายๆ ไม่จำเป็นต้องใช้ศัพท์ทางกฎหมายให้ซับซ้อน เป็นสิ่งที่ศาลพร้อมจะเข้าใจและให้ความเห็นใจ จุดที่น่าสนใจคือเจ้าหน้าที่ศาลมีความใจดี คอยให้คำแนะนำ เช่น การซื้ออากรแสตมป์ ต้องติดยังไง หรือถามหาห้องพิจารณาคดี ทำให้รู้สึกว่าการไปศาลไม่ได้เครียดอย่างที่คิด อีกหนึ่งเรื่องที่อยากแชร์คือควรเผื่อเวลาออกจากบ้านแต่เช้า เพราะที่จอดรถยนต์ในศาลมีจำนวนจำกัด อาจต้องจอดไกลและเดินเข้ามา ซึ่งถ้าเตรียมตัวดีจะทำให้ไม่รีบร้อน ลดความเครียดได้มากขึ้น จากประสบการณ์นี้ขอให้ทุกคนที่กำลังจะไปศาลครั้งแรกไม่ต้องกลัว เพราะการไปศาลในบางครั้งก็เป็นแค่ขั้นตอนที่ต้องทำอย่างมีแบบแผนและความจริงใจ เป็นเรื่องธรรมดา และที่สำคัญอย่าลืมที่จะพูดความจริงตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายไว้ เท่านี้ก็ผ่านไปได้อย่างราบรื่นแล้วค่ะ
