Whether it's a leisurely breakfast or a homely Sunday brunch, the key is to create an atmosphere of calm and enjoyment. From my personal experience, turning off digital devices, lighting a candle, or playing gentle music can enhance the ambiance, making this eating time both a physical and mental rejuvenation. Not only has this approach helped me improve digestion and reduce stress, but it’s also brought a sense of ritual and contentment to my weekends.
