How to attract good opportunities into life

Attracting good opportunities is not just a matter of fate, but of creating a ready-to-receive "state" and creating new opportunities through the modification of habits and the development of skills consistent with modern times, as follows:

3. Create "identity" and "network" (Digital Footprint & Networking)

จากประสบการณ์ส่วนตัว การดึงดูดโอกาสดีๆ ไม่ได้เกิดขึ้นเองโดยบังเอิญ แต่เป็นผลของการเตรียมตัวและการสร้างสภาวะที่เหมาะสมต่อการรับโอกาสเหล่านั้น เช่น การตั้งเป้าหมายและพัฒนานิสัยใหม่ๆ ที่สอดคล้องกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงของโลกยุคปัจจุบัน สำหรับผม การออกจาก Comfort Zone เป็นหนึ่งในการริเริ่มที่สำคัญมาก เมื่อเรามีความกล้าที่จะลองทำสิ่งใหม่ ก็จะเปิดโอกาสให้เจอกับโอกาสและคนใหม่ๆ ที่ช่วยผลักดันชีวิตไปข้างหน้าได้ นอกจากนี้ ทัศนคติเชิงบวกหรือ Growth Mindset ช่วยให้เรามีแรงจูงใจและความมั่นใจที่จะเผชิญกับความล้มเหลวและอุปสรรคได้ดีขึ้น ทำให้สามารถฟื้นตัวและเรียนรู้จากข้อผิดพลาดเพื่อเติบโตต่อไปได้อย่างแข็งแกร่ง ในด้านทักษะอาชีพ การเรียนรู้และปรับใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลอย่าง AI และการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล (Data Analytics) เป็นสิ่งที่ผมพบว่าสร้างความได้เปรียบในสายงานอย่างมาก การมีใบรับรองจากคอร์สออนไลน์สั้นๆ (Micro-credentials) ยังช่วยเพิ่มความน่าเชื่อถือและเปิดโอกาสการทำงานได้ดี การสร้าง Digital Footprint ผ่านการแชร์ความรู้บนแพลตฟอร์มโซเชียลมีเดีย เช่น Linkedin ช่วยให้คนในวงการเห็นความสามารถและเชื่อมโยงเครือข่ายได้กว้างขึ้น รวมถึงการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมหรืออาสาสมัครในงานที่สนใจซึ่งเป็นแหล่งสร้างเครือข่ายที่ทรงพลังมากกว่า 70% ของโอกาสงานมาจากการแนะนำแบบปากต่อปาก สุดท้าย การทดลองทำโปรเจกต์เล็กๆ หรือ Micro-experiments ช่วยให้เราเห็นผลลัพธ์และเรียนรู้จากประสบการณ์จริงก่อนจะลงมือในเรื่องใหญ่ อีกทั้งการรักษาวินัยการเก็บออมและลงทุนอย่างสม่ำเสมอช่วยให้มีความมั่นคงทางการเงินและพร้อมรับความเสี่ยงเพิ่มโอกาสสำเร็จในระยะยาว สรุปแล้ว โอกาสดีๆ จะเข้าหาผู้ที่มีใจพร้อมเรียนรู้ ปรับตัว และกล้าที่จะเปลี่ยนแปลง พร้อมทั้งใช้ชีวิตอย่างมีวินัยและตั้งใจดูแลสุขภาพจิตใจเพื่อรับมือกับความเปลี่ยนแปลงที่รวดเร็วในยุคปัจจุบัน
