New Year, New You Glow Up 2025 😏🖤

As we approach the new year, many of us start thinking about ways we can improve our appearance and health.

Luckily, there are a few small changes we can make that can have a big impact. Here are seven tips to help you get started on your glow up journey for the new year:

• Drink More Water: One of the keys to glowing up is staying hydrated; drinking lots of water is a great way to do that. Not only does water help keep you healthy and energetic, it also helps your skin stay clear, pretty, and healthy. Plus, drinking enough water can help flush out bloat and make it easier to lose weight. So, if you want to glow up, make sure to increase your water intake. If you don't like plain water, try adding some fruit, mint, or cucumber to give it some flavour.

• Get That Skin Glowing: Using A Face Mask Sheet masks are a great way to improve your skin, and they're very affordable. I like to buy a few from the drug store, and use them whenever I have a few minutes to relax. Masks are filled with hydrating and replenishing ingredients, so they're a perfect way to get glowing, pretty, radiant skin. Everyone's skin could benefit from using a face mask once a week.

• Trim The Split Ends: If your hair is damaged, you might have split ends. This happens when the hair strand is split into two parts, or when the hair fiber is split into multiple parts. While you don't need to get a haircut every week, it's a good idea to get your hair trimmed every 6-8 weeks.

One way to help prevent split ends is to get regular haircuts. This will help get rid of any split ends and keep your hair looking healthy.

• Answer some journal prompts: If you want to glow up from within, you need to work on your motivation, mindset, and attitude. Having the right attitude is key to being confident, because it allows you to protect yourself and succeed in life.

• Benefits of Journaling Increases Your Self-Awareness: The more you write in your journal, the more self-aware you will become. Over time, you'll start to see patterns in your thoughts and behaviors. This can be incredibly valuable in helping you to make changes in your life.

For example, if you realize that you're always stressing out about money, you can start to look for ways to change that behavior. If you see that you're always putting yourself last, you can start making an effort to take care of yourself more.

• Benefits of Journaling Helps You Connect with Your Inner Wisdom: As your journaling practice deepens, you'll start to connect with your inner wisdom. This is the part of yourself that knows what's best.

1. Reflect on a time when you acted out of fear or insecurity and the consequences of that behavior.

2. Consider a difficult relationship in your life and write about the ways in which you may be contributing to the problems in that relationship.

5. Identify a negative thought or belief you have about yourself, and challenge it by writing about the evidence that contradicts it.

It can be physical, mental, or emotional, not only physical. Take some time to think about what you want to achieve, whether it's losing weight, improving your skin, or gaining confidence. 💞
