Today starts Holy Week!
“This Palm Sunday, let this remind you:
A lot can change in a week.
Jesus was praised, then betrayed, denied, and crucified… and still, He rose.
So if things feel heavy right now, don’t lose hope. This is not the end for you.
“At the right time, I, the Lord, will make it happen.” — Isaiah 60:22
If it hasn’t happened yet, it doesn’t mean it won’t. It just means God is still working.
Trust His timing. He knows when is the best time to answer your prayers.”
Holy Week is a powerful reminder that life’s circumstances can change dramatically and swiftly. From personal experience, I’ve found that embracing the spiritual significance of this week can bring comfort and renewed faith, especially when facing uncertainty or hardship. The events of Holy Week—starting with the joyous entry of Jesus on Palm Sunday, moving through His betrayal and crucifixion, and culminating in the resurrection—symbolize that even in the darkest moments, there is hope for renewal and transformation. Reflecting on Isaiah 60:22, "At the right time, I, the Lord, will make it happen," has helped me understand the importance of patience and trust in God's plan. There were times when answers seemed delayed or obstacles insurmountable, but looking back, I see how those waits prepared me for better outcomes. God’s timing truly is perfect, even when it feels unclear. During Holy Week, taking time to pause and reflect, much like the suggestion in the Palm Sunday message, can be deeply restorative. It’s an opportunity to meditate on God’s faithfulness and remind ourselves that no situation is final. Whether dealing with personal struggles or broader challenges, remembering that God is actively working behind the scenes can inspire perseverance. Moreover, the idea that "a lot can happen in 7 days" resonates beyond the biblical story. It serves as a personal encouragement to remain hopeful, resilient, and open to change. Each day offers the potential for breakthroughs, healing, and new beginnings under God’s guidance. Overall, Holy Week invites us to experience a spiritual journey of reflection, surrender, and hope. Embracing its lessons has helped me nurture a deeper faith and an appreciation that, through trust in God, challenging chapters in our lives can indeed lead to resurrection moments.
