A chance for soft breathing and light mind clearing mediation. All while not interrupting your daily routine. When you seize these opportunities with acceptance rather than resistance your mind will find a more peaceful balance. Allowing you the ability to process thoughts more clearly and be more capable of dealing with bigger difficulties when they arise.
