Procrastination 🛑
Procrastination leads to the downfall of many great people. I can do it tomorrow. It can wait. I just don’t feel up to it right now.
These are all phrases that give relief in the moment but only at the expense of the future.
The thing is, if you delay, get lazy and don’t do a vital chore that has to be done can you really relax and enjoy the time.
It’s like trying to drink with a head full of AA, it may work, you may not be expending any energy laying on the couch watching TV, but can you really enjoy that relax time with your necessary chores in the back of your mind.
Don’t let procrastination rob you of the feeling of completion. The wonderful sense of accomplishment we feel when a job is well done.
Think about it.
