Content Planning The POSH Way🍋🍋🍋🍋= 1 Hour Per Week
🗓️✨ How I Plan My Content in 1 Hour a Week
Let’s be real — nobody has time to sit in front of Canva or CapCut every single day.
Here’s how I stay consistent without losing my mind 👇
⸻
⏰ Step 1: Set a 1-Hour Timer
I give myself exactly one hour every Sunday (or Monday morning) to plan everything.
No distractions, just music, coffee, and focus.
⸻
💡 Step 2: Choose 3 Main Topics for the Week
Instead of posting randomly, I rotate between 3 content pillars that fit my brand.
For example:
• 💻 Business Tips
• 💅🏾 Lifestyle / Motivation
• 💰 Monetization
This helps my content stay cohesive and my audience know what to expect.
⸻
🗂️ Step 3: Brain-Dump Ideas (10 Minutes)
I jot down every caption idea, hook, or phrase I can think of.
No editing — just creative flow.
Then I pick the best 5–7 ideas that match my audience vibe.
⸻
🎬 Step 4: Batch Record or Design (30 Minutes)
I create multiple pieces in one sitting:
• 2–3 short videos (Reels/TikToks)
• 2–3 Canva posts or carousels
• 1 quote or story-style post
💡 Tip: Change your shirt or background for variety — it makes it look like different days.
⸻
🗓️ Step 5: Schedule Everything (15 Minutes)
I upload & schedule using tools like Later, Metricool, or Notion.
Then I’m free to focus on engaging and growing instead of stressing daily.
⸻
💬 Step 6: Engage Daily for 10 Minutes
Consistency = showing up.
I spend just a few minutes replying to comments, saving content ideas, and supporting other creators.
⸻
✨ Bonus Tip:
Keep a running “Content Vault” — all your hooks, captions, quotes, and old posts.
When you’re out of ideas, recycle and refresh instead of starting from scratch.
⸻
💖 Caption idea:
“If you’re tired of posting every day, try my 1-hour-a-week content system! It’s simple, realistic, and keeps me consistent without burnout 💅🏾💻 Save this for your next Sunday reset!”
