I follow Dr. Nicole LePera on IG, and loved her reels, so it was only natural I grabbed her books. I have the first one (don't remember the name) and I got this one as soon as it came out months ago. Took my time, and finished it in a week.

If you have childhood trauma, attachment issues, etc...this is a great book to read.
