How do you deal with people saying sorry a lot?

My old friend used to say sorry a lot for things that hurt me a lot. I gave her three different tries to be friends because she hurt me all three times one by lying about not being able to hang out for plans we made two months prior knowledge. I had her location cause our friend group had life360.
