Anger isn’t the problem. Suppressed anger is. When anger has nowhere to go, it doesn’t disappear—it turns into tension, irritability, shutdown, or quiet resentment sitting in the body.

Because anger is movement energy. The issue is most people were never taught how to use it without harming themselves or others. So you either:

– suppress it

– or explode with it

There is a third option: contained release. The “Strike + Release” ritual is simple: intentional physical movement (like hitting a pillow or twisting a towel), short duration, and immediate grounding after in order to let the body complete the cycle.

And then come back to baseline. That’s regulation.
