What helps you sleep?
So I’ve been suffering from insomnia ever since Covid and I have tried sleeping medication but after using it for so long my body adjust to it…. I tried exercising more to get a bit healthier, I’ve tried reading before bed, I tried meditation… but nothing has really made a significant impact for me sleeping wise…
I do like listening to rain and thunder when I sleep but it’s hard to stay a sleep and fall asleep most days

Honestly, I have to listen to ocean sounds. That and ASMR. I know ASMR isn’t for everyone but personally, it quiets my mind. If I really need help sleeping, I have sleepy meds prescribed I can take. But I usually only take them if my anxiety is bad or if I genuinely cannot sleep.
