How soon is too soon to say “I love you”?

The first time I said I love you to someone took me 6 months which needed up being a one sided love, but with my current boyfriend it took maybe a month before we both said I love you! Given we spent so much time in that first month together with a month before that of texting each other everyday!

But I heard of people saying it within the first hour of meeting someone or the first day and I was like woahhhh maybe that’s a bit too fast??? I don’t think there’s a universal “too soon.” It really depends on intention and consistency. Saying I love you should feel aligned with actions, not rushed or pressured.

Trust your feelings, but let the relationship grow a bit before saying those three big words❤️
