A Supergirl comic book cover, issue 8, featuring Supergirl confronting a zombie-like woman in a snowy setting. Overlaid text reads "Let's Read: Supergirl 8" with a festive holiday bow decoration.

Comic panels show Supergirl and others with gifts, and a close-up of Lindabot's face with glowing eyes. Overlaid text says "Poor Lindabot She's just waiting in a tree" next to a broken heart gingerbread man.

A comic panel shows Lesla, a red-haired character, looking out a window at falling snow with a surprised expression. Overlaid text reads "Lesla seeing snow for the first time" with a snowman emoji.

Supergirl Deserves her Holiday Specials

Yes, this was the issue that made me realize this run has been mildly consistent with holiday specials, but I’m fully willing to argue that she will always deserve her holiday specials Even if it is a mildly sad Christmas special with a damaged and dying robot. Look everything can’t be 100% holi
