Pregnancy Update
Week 6 has been rough! Every-time i threw up i would get a migraine that felt like my brain was trying to elope out the back of my head. The vomiting is getting worse into week 7 but at least i dont have headaches every day.
I feel so lazy! I cant keep many foods down and I’m trying to move forward on getting this apartment so all I do is drive and lay down all day😓 oh and be horribly sick.
Another girl I wonder?
I have a girl name ready but boy names are tricky now! We never plan to find out gender of the baby so we have time to pick another name

Navigating through pregnancy can be both exciting and daunting, especially as the body undergoes dramatic changes. During week 6 and into week 7, many women experience heightened morning sickness, which can lead to severe migraines and a sense of helplessness. The struggle with nausea often affects everyday activities, forcing expectant mothers to adapt to a new routine that includes frequent rest and adjustments to their diet due to limited food tolerance. Support networks can be invaluable during this time. Engaging with communities of other expectant mothers online can provide comfort and shared experiences. It’s perfectly normal to feel overwhelmed, but connecting with others going through similar challenges can be uplifting. Furthermore, planning for the baby's future, such as name selection and preparing the living space, can serve as positive distractions amidst the discomfort. Understanding that the struggles of pregnancy can impact emotional well-being is essential. Consider discussing your feelings with friends, family, or even professionals to foster a supportive environment. As one navigates through these weeks, it's crucial to listen to one’s body and prioritize self-care, even if it feels impossible sometimes. Remember, seeking guidance from healthcare providers regarding morning sickness and migraines can help manage symptoms effectively.
