Baby number 3 Update

If you scroll way back you can find weekly updates from my second pregnancy from pre-conception to birth. I plan to do that again. I think my due date is going to line up with my first’s birthday 💀 hopefully i go over due.

I don’t really have symptoms right now. Which is odd because im sure i was nauseous already this time around when i was pregnant last time. And the time before that too. I really hope my Hyperemesis and Pre-ecclampsia is manageable this time. I’ve been praying that God supports me here because my last two pregnancies I did without him. Most of my prayers that are meant for me ARE answered and im so excited to see how this plays out a third time.

Im taking mary ruth’s liquid prenatal and I was taking D3 & K2 as well as tocotrienols. I also was occasionally adding minerals to my drinking water and swimming at the springs often. While i wasn’t as involved preconception wise I do hope i can figure a regimen to keep myself healthy.

This time, I noticed fewer early symptoms like nausea which caught me off guard since my previous pregnancies included lots of morning sickness. However, I remain cautious because I have had Hyperemesis Gravidarum and Pre-eclampsia in the past, which were quite challenging. Managing these conditions requires close monitoring and sometimes adjustments in lifestyle, and I highly recommend staying in touch with your healthcare provider. One thing that has helped me is focusing on nutrition and prenatal care. I've been using MaryRuth Organics liquid prenatal vitamins, which are easy to take and contain essential nutrients. Additionally, I supplement with Vitamin D3 and K2, as well as tocotrienols, a form of Vitamin E known for its antioxidant properties. I find that maintaining a balanced intake supports my energy levels and overall well-being. I also try to add minerals to my drinking water regularly and take opportunities to swim in natural springs. These activities seem to help me stay refreshed and relaxed, which is so valuable during pregnancy. Although I wasn't as focused on preconception health this time, I’m making a conscious effort to create a regimen that keeps me healthy throughout these stages. Another interesting note from this pregnancy is that my due date aligns closely with my first child's birthday, which is quite the coincidence! I’m hoping to go a little overdue to avoid overlap, but regardless, I’m feeling optimistic. If you are pregnant or planning to be, I’d encourage you to listen to your body and give yourself grace. Every pregnancy is unique, and managing symptoms like thirst, itchy nipples, and sleep disturbances can be tricky.
