For the traditions of the boat hunk of the Raman people or the Thai white people of Mon descent in the long-established Lat Krabang area, scheduled for the Sunday after the month of Lent, the Buddhist people will collect dried rice on the two sides of the Lam Pha Thew Canal in front of the Temple of Sutthanat, the district of Krablong. Hundreds of monks will receive more than 60 ship alms at the temple, preserved and preserved well. ประเพณีตักบาตรพระร้อยทางเรือ ณ ลาดกระบังไม่ได้เป็นเพียงการสืบสานวัฒนธรรมพื้นบ้านธรรมดา ๆ เท่านั้น แต่ยังแสดงให้เห็นถึงความร่วมมือของชุมชนไทยเชื้อสายรามัญในการรักษาเอกลักษณ์และวิถีชีวิตดั้งเดิมที่มีความสำคัญต่อจิตใจของผู้คนในชุมชนเป็นอย่างมาก ในช่วงเช้าของวันงาน ผู้คนจากหลากหลายวัยพร้อมใจกันร่วมใจกันแต่งกายด้วยชุดไทยมอญประจำถิ่น เตรียมข้าวสารอาหารแห้งเพื่อถวายพระภิกษุสงฆ์ที่นั่งเรือพายมาตามคลองลำปลาทิวระยะทางกว่า 3 กิโลเมตร จุดนี้ถือเป็นการตอกย้ำความศรัทธาและความรักที่มีต่อพระรามัญ ซึ่งเป็นการอนุรักษ์การใช้เรือพายแบบดั้งเดิมที่เปรียบเสมือนสัญลักษณ์ของวัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่น นอกจากกิจกรรมตักบาตรแล้ว งานประเพณียังมีการแข่งเรือมาด 12 ฝีพายซึ่งเป็นกีฬาและวิถีชีวิตของชาวลาดกระบังที่สืบทอดมาอย่างต่อเนื่อง การแข่งขันนี้สะท้อนให้เห็นถึงความสามัคคี ความแข็งแรง และการทำงานร่วมกันของชาวบ้านในชุมชน เพื่อรักษาประเพณีและสร้างความสัมพันธ์อันดีภายในชุมชน นอกจากนี้ อาหารที่จัดถวายในพิธีมื้อเที่ยงยังคงไว้ซึ่งความเป็นเอกลักษณ์ของอาหารมอญโบราณซึ่งหาได้ยากในยุคปัจจุบัน ทั้งรสชาติและวิธีการจัดสำรับนั้นช่วยเพิ่มความรู้สึกย้อนยุคและเป็นเกียรติแก่วัฒนธรรมไทยเชื้อสายมอญ งานนี้ยังช่วยส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรมในเขตลาดกระบังอีกด้วย มีนักท่องเที่ยวในและนอกพื้นที่มาร่วมชมและเรียนรู้เกี่ยวกับประวัติความเป็นมาและความสำคัญของประเพณีนี้ ทำให้ประเพณีตักบาตรพระร้อยทางเรือเป็นจุดเด่นที่ช่วยสร้าง Soft Power ด้านวัฒนธรรมของกรุงเทพมหานคร นอกเหนือจากได้สืบสานประเพณีแล้วยังเป็นการสร้างความภาคภูมิใจในชุมชนและส่งเสริมความร่วมมือระหว่างภาครัฐ เอกชน และประชาชนในพื้นที่ ด้วยความสำคัญและเอกลักษณ์เฉพาะของประเพณีนี้ ทางสำนักวัฒนธรรม กีฬาและการท่องเที่ยวกรุงเทพมหานครได้ขึ้นทะเบียนประเพณีตักบาตรพระร้อยทางเรือเป็นมรดกทางวัฒนธรรมของกรุงเทพมหานคร เพื่อรับรองคุณค่าและสนับสนุนการอนุรักษ์อย่างยั่งยืนต่อไปในอนาคต
