Meteorological Department Notice on Inclement Weather in Thailand No. 2 (309 / 2025) (Effects from October 29 to November 2, 2025)
During Oct. 29-Nov. 68, Upper Thailand and the Upper South will experience weather changes.
With more rain, and some heavy rainfall in the northeast, east, central regions, including Bangkok and the perimeter, northern and upper southern regions respectively, due to the strong low-pressure patches covering the coastal regions.
Lower Vietnam will move along a monsoon groove draping through the eastern, lower central and upper southern regions into the upper Andaman Sea.
Farmers are asked to prepare to prevent and be aware of the damage that will cause to agricultural productivity, as well as maintain health due to changing weather conditions, increase vigilance in traffic through rainy areas, and be aware of the danger of heavy and cumulative rains that can cause flooding in some areas.

ในช่วงวันที่ 29 ตุลาคม ถึง 2 พฤศจิกายน 2568 นี้ ประชาชนในพื้นที่ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ภาคตะวันออก ภาคกลาง รวมถึงกรุงเทพมหานคร ปริมณฑล ภาคเหนือ และภาคใต้ตอนบน ควรเพิ่มความระมัดระวังเนื่องจากมีการคาดการณ์ว่าจะเกิดฝนเพิ่มมากขึ้นและมีฝนตกหนักในบางพื้นที่ ซึ่งเกิดจากหย่อมความกดอากาศต่ำกำลังแรงปกคลุมบริเวณชายฝั่งประเทศเวียดนามตอนล่างและเคลื่อนตัวสู่แนวร่องมรสุมที่พาดผ่านภาคต่างๆ เหล่านี้ การเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพอากาศแบบนี้สามารถทำให้เกิดน้ำท่วมขัง น้ำป่าไหลหลาก และอุบัติเหตุทางถนนได้มากขึ้น การที่กรมอุตุนิยมวิทยาได้ประกาศเตือนล่วงหน้าเป็นสิ่งสำคัญที่ช่วยให้เกษตรกรสามารถเตรียมการป้องกันความเสียหายทางการเกษตรได้ เช่น การเก็บเกี่ยวผลผลิตก่อนฝนตกหนักหรือป้องกันพื้นที่เพาะปลูกจากน้ำท่วม รวมถึงการดูแลสุขภาพของตนเองและคนในครอบครัว เพราะสภาพอากาศที่แปรปรวนอาจทำให้เกิดโรคหวัดหรือโรคเกี่ยวกับทางเดินหายใจได้ง่ายขึ้น สำหรับการเดินทางขอให้ผู้ใช้รถใช้ถนนเพิ่มความระมัดระวัง ขับขี่ช้าๆ และหมั่นตรวจสอบสภาพถนนเพื่อหลีกเลี่ยงอุบัติเหตุ นอกจากนี้ ประชาชนสามารถติดตามประกาศสภาพอากาศและข่าวสารความเสี่ยงต่างๆ ได้ตลอด 24 ชั่วโมงที่เว็บไซต์กรมอุตุนิยมวิทยา http://www.tmd.go.th หรือโทร 0-2399-4012-13 และ 1182 เพื่อได้รับข้อมูลข่าวสารที่แม่นยำและทันเหตุการณ์ ซึ่งจะช่วยให้วางแผนชีวิตและกิจกรรมต่างๆ ได้ดีขึ้น ทำให้สามารถรับมือกับสภาพอากาศแปรปรวนได้อย่างเหมาะสมและปลอดภัยมากขึ้น
