If one cannot go to voter or referendum voting, the law requires the voter to give notice that one may not go to exercise so as not to be restricted.

🗓️ Duration of notice

▶️ not going to the election, the MP reported it within 7 days before the election date (1 - 7 February 2026) or within 7 days since the election date (9 - 15 February 2026).

▶️ not to vote, notified before the referendum (January 14, 2026 - February 7, 2026) or within 7 days of the voting (February 9 - 15, 2026).

▶️ Manually notify the district registrar or the local registrar whose name is on the household register or authorize others to submit.

▶️. Send it by registered mail.

Do not vote for MPs and do not report that they cannot vote for the right to be restricted as follows:

❌ the right to petition against the election of MPs.

❌ the right to stand for election as a local councillor or local administrator or to stand for election as a senator.

❌ the right to stand for election and the headman.

❌ the right to serve in the political service and in the parliamentary civil service.

❌ the right to serve as deputy local administrator, secretary or adviser to the local administrator.

Do not exercise the right to vote, and do not give notice that the right to vote will be restricted as follows:

❌ the right to stand for election as a local councillor or local administrator or to stand for election as a senator.

❌ the right to stand for election and the headman.

❌ the right to nominate to the Council of Ministers for the approval of the referendum vote.

❌ the right to serve in the political service and in the parliamentary civil service.

❌ the right to serve as deputy local administrator, secretary or adviser to the local administrator.

If you do not exercise the right and do not give notice within the specified time, you will be restricted. There is a deadline of 2 years at a time from the election day or the voting day when the voter does not exercise the right. The notice preserves your right.

But to exercise the right is to participate in the direction of the country.
