1 Year Seismic Event BMA Open Disaster Management Dimension Restore Sense Coupled Structural Care Ready to Use Safety Management Technology for City People
The deputy governor of Bangkok gave a special talk on Damage and Need Assessment (DANA) at the "One Year Earthquake Events - Lessons and Safety Prospects for Thailand" Symposium at the School of Engineering Hall (Building 3), Chulalongkorn University, Pathumwan District.
Deputy Governor Twida has shown that when a disaster occurs, such as an earthquake, the damage is not only structural, but also the damage and need for other dimensions to be dealt with along the way.

"The first anniversary of the Dewok BMA did not hold a memorial event, but the past one year has been an act of doing everything to be better prepared. The Command Center has now started running a system to retrieve information," Deputy Governor Twida said.
หลังจากผ่านเหตุการณ์แผ่นดินไหวในกรุงเทพฯ เมื่อปีที่ผ่านมา ผมได้เห็นความสำคัญของการจัดการภัยพิบัติที่มิใช่เพียงแค่ซ่อมแซมอาคาร แต่เป็นการฟื้นฟูความรู้สึกของประชาชนควบคู่กันไป ซึ่งถือเป็นบทเรียนสำคัญที่ทำให้ผมมองการเตรียมความพร้อมของเมืองใหญ่ในมิติที่ลึกซึ้งขึ้น ในช่วงเกิดเหตุการณ์ มีเสียงแจ้งรอยร้าวบนโครงสร้างมากถึง 27,000 ราย ซึ่งทีมวิศวกรอาสาและระบบ Traffy Fondue สามารถประเมินและตอบสนองได้อย่างรวดเร็ว สิ่งนี้ช่วยคลายความกังวลและป้องกันความเสียหายที่อาจลุกลาม นอกจากนี้ การผนึกกำลังกับทีมจิตแพทย์ MCATT ที่ลงพื้นที่ช่วยดูแลสภาพจิตใจประชาชนถือว่ามีความสำคัญอย่างมาก โดยเฉพาะสำหรับครอบครัวที่มีเด็กและผู้สูงอายุที่ได้รับสิทธิ์เข้าพักชั่วคราวผ่านการสนับสนุนของ Airbnb มากกว่า 8,540 คืน จากประสบการณ์ส่วนตัว ผมเห็นว่าเทคโนโลยีอย่างการติดตั้ง Sensor วัดแรงสั่นสะเทือนในโรงพยาบาลของ กทม. ทั้ง 9 แห่ง จะเป็นการเพิ่มความปลอดภัยและเตรียมพร้อมต่อภัยพิบัติได้ดีขึ้นอย่างมาก ศูนย์ Command Center ที่กำลังรันระบบเพื่อดึงข้อมูลต่าง ๆ ซึ่งทำให้การตัดสินใจและการจัดการภัยตรงจุดและทันเวลา สำหรับคนกรุงเทพฯ การรับรู้ข้อมูลที่ถูกต้องและรวดเร็วเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของความอุ่นใจที่สำคัญ การจัดเตรียมและวางแผนอย่างรอบด้าน ทั้งด้านโครงสร้างและความรู้สึก เป็นสิ่งที่ผมคิดว่าทุกเมืองควรยึดเป็นแนวทาง เรียนรู้จากเหตุการณ์ที่ผ่านมา ไม่ใช่แค่การรำลึก แต่คือการก้าวไปข้างหน้าให้เตรียมพร้อมและมั่นใจต่อภัยพิบัติทุกรูปแบบในอนาคต
