After visiting the grave with my younger brother's family, I came to the store because I wanted to eat squid live. However, squid was not in stock on this day and expenses were suppressed and it was saved (laughs)

I couldn't make sashimi, but I was able to make gesoten and shumai, so I ordered an additional order. I was aiming for the perilla, but my nephew took it... or rather, my nephew's niece ate most of it, so I only ate one by one, but it was insanely delicious!
A good shop that will respond to legal affairs and banquets. Next time, let's go to a meal alone.
佐賀県武雄市武雄町にある和風処「大藤」は、地元で評判の海鮮料理店です。私も実際に訪れてみて、その新鮮さと味のクオリティに感動しました。 特に「大藤丼」は、ただの海鮮丼のワンランク上をいく豪華な一品で、色とりどりの新鮮な魚貝が宝石のように盛り付けられていて、とても贅沢な気持ちになれます。茶碗蒸しがセットで付くのも嬉しいポイントです。イカが入荷しているタイミングであれば、イカの活造りも楽しめ、これがまた鮮度抜群で絶品です。 また、イカのお造りがない日でも、イカのゲソ天やシュウマイが提供されており、どちらも外はサクッと、中はジューシーで非常に美味しいです。私が訪れた際には、家族連れが多く、特に食べ盛りのお子さんたちにも大人気であったことが印象的でした。和食の繊細な味わいとボリューム感のバランスが絶妙です。 さらに、「大藤」は法事や宴会にも対応しているため、落ち着いた雰囲気の中で多彩な席を提供して くれます。地域に根ざしたお店として、接客も温かく、リピーターも多いのがうなずけます。 個人的には次回は一人でもゆっくり訪れて、日本海の鮮魚を堪能したいと思っています。武雄市周辺で新鮮な海鮮料理をお探しの方にはぜひおすすめしたい名店です。
