We ordered four menus.

ถ้าเพื่อน ๆ กำลังหา “ร้านอาหารในพังงา” ที่บรรยากาศสบาย ๆ ราคาดี และเมนูมีให้เลือกหลากหลาย (ไม่ใช่มีแต่อาหารใต้จ๋า ๆ) เราขอเล่าประสบการณ์เพิ่มเติมจากมื้อนี้ที่ราเมนบัง พังงา เผื่อช่วยตัดสินใจก่อนแวะไปกินจริง อย่างแรกที่เราชอบคือความ “คุ้มค่า” แบบจับต้องได้ ไปกันสองคน สั่งหนักพอสมควรแต่ราคาจบแบบไม่เจ็บตัว ใครเที่ยวพังงาแล้วอยากหาร้านที่นั่งกินได้อิ่ม ๆ ไม่ต้องลุ้นงบ ร้านนี้ตอบโจทย์มาก เพราะเมนูที่สั่งมาแต่ละจานให้ปริมาณดี โดยเฉพาะยำทะเลรวม จานใหญ่ เครื่องทะเลแน่น กุ้งกับปลาหมึกเคี้ยวเด้ง ไม่แข็ง และรสยำเปรี้ยวเผ็ดกำลังพอดี กินแล้วสดชื่นมาก เรื่องเมนู ถ้าชอบอะไรเข้ม ๆ เราว่าข้าวซอยเนื้อเป็นตัวเลือกที่ดีมาก น้ำแกงเข้มข้น ไม่หวานนำ เนื้อเปื่อยกำลังดี มีเส้นกรอบมาให้เพิ่มเท็กซ์เจอร์ แล้วบีบมะนาวนิด ๆ คือยิ่งกลมกล่อม ส่วนสายราเมงก็ไม่ควรพลาด “ราเมงบัง” ที่เด่นตรงน้ำซุปหมาล่า เผ็ดชานิด ๆ แบบหอมเครื่องเทศ ใครไม่กินเผ็ดมาก แนะนำให้ค่อย ๆ ชิมก่อน หรือแชร์กับเพื่อนจะปลอดภัยกว่า แต่เมนูที่อยากย้ำให้สั่งจริง ๆ คือ “ข้าวไข่ข้นมันกุ้ง” จานนี้มาแบบหอมมันกุ้งชัด ๆ เสิร์ฟพร้อมกุ้งทอดตัวใหญ่ และมีน้ำจิ้มซีฟู้ดให้ราด/จิ้ม กินรวมกันแล้วนัว เค็มมันเปรี้ยวเผ็ดครบ จานเดียวเอาอยู่มาก เหมาะทั้งคนหิว ๆ หรือคนอยากได้เมนูฟีล comfort food ด้านบรรยากาศ ร้านเป็นร้านเล็ก ๆ แต่โปร่ง ลมพัดเย็นสบาย ไม่อึดอัด ที่จอดรถกว้าง (ข้อนี้ดีสำหรับคนขับรถเที่ยวพังงา) และรออาหารไม่นาน ถือเป็นอีกเหตุผลที่ทำให้เหมาะกับการแวะกินระหว่างทริป ทิปเล็ก ๆ จากเรา: ถ้าไปช่วงคนเยอะ แนะนำไปก่อนมื้อหลักนิดนึงจะได้นั่งสบาย ๆ และอย่าลืมสั่งข้าวไข่ข้นมันกุ้งเป็นอย่างน้อย 1 จาน แล้วค่อยเลือกเสริมเป็นยำทะเลรวม/ข้าวซอยเนื้อ/ราเมงตามสไตล์ เท่านี้ก็ได้มื้อที่ครบทั้งความอิ่ม ความคุ้ม และความอร่อยแบบไม่ต้องพึ่งดวงแล้วค่ะ
